I ATE today – did you? Dominate, elevate and celebrate.

College grads, you are about to hit the streets in about 5 weeks. This should be one of the most meaningful times in your very young life. This is when you cross that very significant bridge and cross the threshold from Classroom to Career. An awesome time for sure. Many feel the nerves of leaving a young adult comfort zone and think about becoming a ‘professional’. Don’t let all that stuff drag you down.

Concentrate on the future. Necessitate what is important to get your life moving forward. Anticipate as best you can to accommodate your next move.

If you are fortunate enough to have a job after you graduate, you will have a floodgate of information, so take your time and make sure you don’t accelerate and overinflate yourself. Best to take it all in stride and acclimate, as you def don’t want to humiliate yourself along the way.

You have worked hard to get your degree and now you begin to negotiate your future. Behave in an appropriate fashion. As you create and form new relationships, demonstrate great behavior, learn how to communicate and collaborate in the new environment and try and participate in many things.

When you feel overwhelmed, and you will, be cool, take a deep breath and recalibrate, let the thoughts percolate so you can re-group and facilitate with conviction and be successful. Congratulations!!!!
