In all things we do, it’s important to see things for what they are ….and are not. We are all confronted with decisions every day. Could be our job, our career, our friends, our family, what we purchase, what we eat, what we wear – It can go on and on, but without question, we need to make good choices and consider our possibilities and our options. Do we have an alternative, and if so, what are the pros and cons? Options can be wonderful, and they can cause internal friction. Our preference can be based on some emotional content or a simple ‘whim.’ Making a discretionary choice is very liberating. Selection is usually ideal for a carefully curated group of available things or a choice we have made. Confronting POSSIBILITIES can be difficult. What happens if we make the wrong choice? We live with it. We let it go. We turn the page and move on. We consign our experience to the past, so it no longer affects where we are.  We move on, and we LEARN from it.  Transition your choices and mistakes into a learning experience. Reflect. Process and look thoughtfully at what you did and what you didn’t do. Does it add up? Will it satisfy you? Outcome? Either way, give it a ‘good think’ and learn to read in between the lines.
