In order to survive in business and commerce today, you need certain tools and a DNA that provides a deep and thick skin. The competition in all specialties is tough. What will differentiate you from the others? Why you – why not you? The answer can be so varied depending on the individual. I ask myself this question each and everyday, as if it were my daily mantra.

Why me – why not? I have a good command of my industry. I have good people skills. I manage things well and I get things done.  I do what naturally drives me. I communicate.

I focus on quality. Quality builds trust and that’s how you develop a relationship. It’s the relationship that matters most. It’s that association, that rapport and exchange that keeps you in the front. Earn trust and people will have confidence in you.

Create a healthy culture.

Make sure the collaboration is in place and everyone shares the same belief/passion for what you are selling.  We’re all selling something. Whatever it is, a product, a service, a message, a concept, make sure you have a sense of conviction and make sure it is contagious. People will be more inclined to follow you.
