The attitude you have and maintain through times of crisis and even the good times is crucial to any success. Your growth is a bi-product of your past actions. Accomplishments are going to be built upon all that you do throughout your life, especially the failures. The lesson(s) learned from loss and the failure is where the real payoff is. Despite the changes you experience, the pressure you feel from transition and the deadlock in your head – you need to keep your head in a good place in order to move forward. What you gain is about understanding the loss. Improvement comes from learning. What are the dividends and what’s the payoff? There has to be a payoff, a net take away and the only way to get it is to recognize the loss and learn from it. There is so much value in that. Too often we get stuck in the failure and what we lost. It’s overwhelming and it’s easy to do. However, if you keep your head in the right place, maintain a strong mindset and keep the mental mass tolerable, you allow yourself time and space to keep moving forward.
As you continue a career path, you will, no doubt experience disappointment, and in many ways it can be extremely beneficial.
Don’t be a casualty of yourself. On the contrary, become a winner and learn, not from what’s lost but what’s found.
