Do you have the ability to make decisions and take action on your own behalf that, given the right thought process, are effective and will yield the best results for you and the people you are most involved with? The team, your family, your colleagues, the professional alignments that you are associated with – any of these people that are directly impacted by your decision need to be considered.

But, at the end of the day, you have to drive this and do what is right for you. This takes courage and self confidence. Confidence is ‘being certain’ and knowing that you can handle the course of change that lies in front of you. You think it through, you work it out and you move forward. That’s the key – moving forward. Problems need solutions
Can you trust yourself? Big question to ask and it can be layered with pressure that might influence what choice you make. Are you poised enough to handle that? Fearlessness can be a liability and a blind spot, but can also be a real asset and a friend. To make change requires confidence and the conviction that you are in control. Do you believe in yourself? If you do – so will everybody else. That is the best marketing tool you can have when you are experiencing change. Assurance, certainty, a dedicated energy to yourself will carry a lot of weight, but it will feel very light as you haul it in front of those that are watching the transition. Confidence is a badge of success and it inspires those around you. Believe in yourself and they will believe as well.
