Nobody wants to deal with a bad taste in their mouth and yet as we deal with so many people or situations during the day, week, month or year, sometimes some of this stuff gets in the way and leaves just that – A bad taste. Naturally, we want to look for ways to deal with that and eliminate the bitterness. Bitterness is too irritating and not just in the gut. It can easily affect the brain too.

When you encounter someone that presents such contempt, disdainful behavior and you must deal with them, what can we do to minimize the pain, the unpleasantness and what feels so disagreeable? The one thing you cannot do, is ignore it.

You take a step back, evaluate, assess, make an appraisal and create a ‘game plan’. What can you do to make it better? Measure the options. Consider the best and tactile approach. Sometimes, depending on who or what you are dealing with, you need to be strategic, diplomatic, politically correct or maybe you need to be direct and make the point on your behalf very clear. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!

Approach will always matter. The objective to ease the tart, and sour taste is to find a way to eliminate it. Reflux is instinctive, automatic and sometimes very unpredictable. It can be a surprise response, or it can be forecasted. Either way, the task at hand is to manage it, fix it and move on. A good psychological burp could be the best thing for your Acid Reflux.
