Some say this with a real positive spin. Wow, that was ‘BAD ASS’. What you just did – That was BAD ASS. It can represent something or someone that’s very impressive. That car you just bought, very BAD ASS! Sometimes, it’s seen as a compliment. Maybe a show of courage, strength, fearlessness or just being cool. However, it can have a negative spin too. It can represent someone or something that’s frightening. He is so BAD ASS, he scares me. Arrogance can be BAD ASS. Someone that pushes everyone to a point; they’re not just a pain in the ASS, but they are BAD ASS. Maybe someone you work with let’s their ego get in the way, they are so self-indulged, so full of themselves, you have a difficult time being with them and when they are not in the room, you share feelings and realize, their behavior is not acceptable. They are a real drag to be around – They are BAD ASS.

If confronted with the toxic version of BAD ASS, assert yourself. Let’s not make assumptions. Stay ahead of it. Control the moment. assess it, tell your associate to chill! Look for assurances that allow us to move forward. assimilate, don’t assault. Is this a liability or is it an asset? When the BAD ASS takes over, assert yourself. Always be on the right side of BAD ASS. Look for the right way to assist. The better you are, the more BAD ASS you can be. Today, BAD ASS is more of a mindset. Typically, a show of confidence, not arrogance. There is nothing wrong with self-assurance. Follow that. Respect it. Trust it. Be BAD ASS!
