That’s what a good CAREER COACH should do; bridge the GAP between where you are and where you want to be. Bridge the gap is essentially a way to diminish the difference between two things and a good COACH should provide the tools to help accomplish that.

That extension, that traverse, that gap is as long as your mind will allow it to be. For some, it’s out of reach and for others, it’s right in front of them. How you manage that change, that process, that GAP will determine what your EXPERIENCE will look like. So much is within your control and if it is, embrace it, don’t worry about it and push yourself forward. And if you cannot control that gap, I repeat don’t worry about it. Why exhaust yourself if you cannot control it? Either way, what you can control is your attitude, your effort and how you will cross the bridge. The OBJECTIVE is to get to the other side. Consider the LOGICAL choices you have. If you are willing and able to take the leap of faith – GO FOR IT! And if you feel the need for a navigator, reach out to a good CAREER COACH and have them provide the assistance required.

At the end of the day, what we want are RESULTS. The OUTCOME is what matters. Did you ACHIEVE your GOALS?

My job as the CAREER COACH is to be your BRAND ADVOCATE and make sure the crossing of that bridge is a safe journey that supports who you are and where you want to be. You drive and I’ll navigate! See you on the other side.
