When I was young and did research I found ‘information’. Today, because things are digital and as younger people have grown up with keyboards and touchpads – it’s now called ‘DATA’. Either way, when we are on the hunt for anything, we have so many methods of securing and finding DATA.

Doesn’t matter what we need – We find it at our fingertips. When you are on the job market, you need to research your area of interest so you can learn where the opportunities are and how best to position yourself. The best way to do that is through your network and/or using access to resources that will provide you with appropriate data to help direct you.

Data drives pretty much everything today. The specifics, the facts, the details, the particulars, the INFORMATION, the material and the input lie deep inside the DATA.

Clearly one of the best strategies for career development, career transition and job hunting is inside the DATA. Take the time to research, read, investigate, examine and analyze the data – It will no doubt help you navigate your way from your current career location to the next. It’s all about doing a DATA DEEP DIVE.
