In order to connect, sometimes you have to disconnect. We all like to be in the comfort zone. It’s a safe haven and clearly makes us feel secure. However, the best way to create a bridge from one place to the other is to think in bold strokes and NOT take a direct path. Separate yourself and loosen the grip of comfort. Learn how to dissociate and detach. The sooner you disconnect the faster it will be to make a connection as you make changes in your life.

Think about new friends, new schools, new home and new job. Let go of what was and grab a hold of what is.

Think about the release points in order to move yourself forward. Remove the tension by adding relief.

Diversion is a great way to liberate and make a connection. Separation can be very satisfying and help you end up in the ‘land of connection’. And that’s exactly where you want to be – connected.
