A phrase that we all use from time-to-time. “Oh, he has come full-circle”, “the project has come full-circle”, “can you believe the fashion trend has come full-circle” – I can keep going, but you get it. Full circle represents some sort of journey. And as all journey’s do, they have a starting point and hopefully a point of completion. The journey, the process, the ride begins with us. We commit to something, which is the easy part; It’s the follow-through that can be difficult. How badly do we want to find the other side of the CIRCLE? If we don’t stick to the plan, what’s the point?
Full circle applies to everything we do. Full circle represents success and that takes work. It takes a strong sense of commitment, an investment in time, dedication, self-confidence, and having the faith in yourself to complete the task at hand. The circle can be small. It can be huge. Either way, once you take ownership, do what you must to fulfill your mission. The OUTCOME is what matters. That’s how we measure success. There is no fulfillment in going halfway. Be known for the person we can count on. Be reliable. Be the one that starts and finishes.
