My job is to get you where you want to be – not where ‘they’ want you to be.

How do we do that? We take the journey together. I am your partner and your advocate. I will help you recognize who you are, what your strengths and weaknesses are. Remember, the weakness, when properly acknowledged can become your greatest strength and your best asset.

Weakness should not be a pain in the ass-et.

It is that self-recognition that propels you forward and sets you apart from the many. The competition is fierce and you are not alone in the same search.

You must take the first step and commit to yourself and know that the process takes time and is often frustrating. However, once you get started, and I will help you, the ride albeit bumpy, should be rewarding as you learn more and more about yourself, the world around you and what the hirring community is thinking.

When you get your head around all of that, the process might still take time, but you are better prepared, better equipped and have the insight and tools to deal with it. My job is to build a trusting relationship and help you develop confidence within yourself to help you carry on, maintain a good attitude and find a meaningful place to land.

With exception, that first entry level gig can really suck. But that’s why it’s referred to as ‘paying your dues.’ Just remember that first land is also the beginning of what should be an exciting journey and helps you build brand equity. You are the brand, you are the product and the service.

Afterall, this is all about how you market yourself. Make no mistake – you are selling YOU. Be a doer. Be a thinker. Set goals and be pro-active so you can accomplish them.
