How ambitious are you? Do you have ideas and follow through? The idea is meaningless without resolution. The target, the outcome and the finished product are what count.
Make no mistake – The process is important. I am an advocate of having a plan and execution, but it begins with clear thought and ambition.
Are you driven by the desire to complete something and be successful?
Can you measure that success just by completion, or do you measure it by the finished product that actually works? Is it effective? When the moving parts are moving, that’s the true measure of your success.
I find that sheer determination can add power to any plan and drive it the distance. The intent is the fuel. That will establish what your strength of character is all about. Take initiative at work and life and exhibit a strong sense of desire to get things done. It’s called hard work. People recognize it and there is great value in it for everyone. Most people will follow that lead. Accomplishments are the true measuring stick and results will quantify what you are all about.
Success comes from purpose. Success influences those around you. Success will inspire and impact those around you. Success breeds success.
