When it comes to job search, career transition and career sequencing, we, as individuals, are responsible for finding out what makes us special and differentiates us from the next candidate. All of us have something that should be defined as, ‘outstanding’. Your job is to recognize that within yourself and figure out a way to leverage it as you find your way through the career sequence process. This, by the way, applies to the Intern Seekers out there.
