Who doesn’t have pressure in their lives? I don’t know anyone that, even on the simplest level does not experience some form of pressure from time-to-time. Sometimes we create it, add to it, recreate it, repurpose it, challenge it, resist it, work with it, question it, dare it, object to it and certainly disagree with the root cause of it, but it is something we all confront time and time again. Even the ‘coolest’ minds have to manage PRESSURE.

And with all that, I see a positive side to pressure. It can force us to stop, listen, process and exercise good judgement. It can force us to see things through a different lens. It can offer a second opinion, a new perspective, another way to ‘figure things out’ and find an alternative route to solution and success. At the end of the day, what we all want is exactly that: A solution. There will always be, with rare exception, different formulas that provide a favorable outcome. Success lies within the results. That’s where the fulfillment is. Consider the entire set of circumstances, the facts, the unknown, the priorities and your timeline. Map out the thought process and unfold the layers. Make pressure the good guy. Allow it some space to distill itself and LEVERAGE the pressure so it becomes a PRIVILEGE.
