There are tools for everything. If you are a DIY kind of person, then you will have the proper tools to fix things around the house. There are tools for the garden, the kitchen, the yard, technology, the hospital, your car, whatever needs attention, we identify the problem and find the appropriate tools, and we’ll attempt to make it right. The same holds true for communication. It might just be the most important tool in the universe. Restoring something that is failing, shattered, splintered, something that needs mending, and repairing what is broken provides grate satisfaction. My clients, with rare exception reach out when they need access to my toolbox. Sometimes they will reach out to say hello, but typically, they need a service call. My job is to LISTEN to them, process that, and help them focus on the issue at hand, look for a solution, and determine the best path forward. My tools don’t fit in a drawer, a toolbox or a case. My devices, my instruments are designed to help restore things back to a normal working order just like any tool, but in lieu of a hammer, I listen, process and respond. I create a meaningful dialogue to initiate the CONVERSATION. That exchange provides a diagnosis which leads to an opportunity to explore and DISCOVER the best strategy to create a master plan and a roadmap to SUCCESS.
