I meet with so many people of such varied backgrounds and different backstories. I believe people are the most important commodity at work and in life. People are the common thread in this world. The cultural differences are extraordinary. People of all ages, people from different parts of the country and the globe. Meeting with such diversity is one of the more rewarding things in my career. My job is to coach, mentor, advocate and support them all.
Life can be a hallway of doors. When you are looking to move forward, you must knock on those doors with the objective of having someone say, ‘come on in.’ Once in – You have a chance to find and create opportunity.
