I don’t know about you, but this is something I try and do every day. I have been exercising for over 45 years. I have beaten my body to the point that I have had 5 orthopedic surgeries and if I knew then what I know now, you might ask, would you have still done it and without hesitation, I would say YES! Some may say, ‘well that’s pretty stupid’, but I will be the first to admit, despite all the rehab, PT and time invested, I would not change a thing. I love exercising. It feeds the head as well as the body. I feel better when I do it, and as I have gotten older, wiser, and pivoted my career, I now see that EXERCISE applies to many things.

You can make determinations on all things in your life by knowing what you are doing, based on your personal data to support you as you EXERCISE good judgment to make smart decisions.

You can EXERCISE your constitutional rights. Maybe as a musician, an artist, you can EXERCISE repetitions to improve yourself. You can EXERCISE caution, you can attend the Graduation Exercise, you can most definitely EXERCISE good common sense. You can do an exploratory EXERCISE and discover.

Whatever, you think about EXERCISE and its varied applications, bear in mind that it will lead to improvement. It will require discipline, practice, dedication, and the ability to cultivate many resources, especially when you are looking for opportunity and OPPOPRTUNITY can represent many things too. Not just career, transition, meaningful changes in your day-to-day, personal, and professional pivots but the possibility of meeting new people that will add significance and substance to your life. Networking is an EXERCISE.

EXERCISE will build strength of character. It can become your very best asset. EXERCISE should and can represent POWER. It also represents resilience, durability, and will influence what you do, how you do it and who you do it for.

It’s not just pumping iron for the body, it’s just as important to consider making time to EXERCISE the mind.
