If you are at all serious about your career, thinking about making a move, considering a new marketplace for you and your skills, you cannot just be HUNGRY. No, you need to be STARVING. You have to really want it. You have to do all that you can to satisfy your need(s).

Hungry is indicative of a need or desire to replenish whereas starving is typically an empty feeling that needs to be taken seriously so you can fill the void with something better and more meaningful to satisfy your professional goals. Let the starvation drive you. I don’t mean in the literal sense – I am talking about really wanting to make a change and doing what it takes to achieve that success. Too many out there are concerned about the surface and not willing to or capable to take the leap of faith and make something happen. How hungry are you?
