Isn’t that what most things are – A state of mind. Perception as we have learned can be reality, but REALITY is what should motivate us to distill our thoughts, our agendas, our relationships, our day-to-day activities and assess them in the best way possible. If the state of mind is in the negative column, then that’s the way it will be. And conversely, if you decide to push things into the positive column, then clearly you are in a better place.

Your STATE OF MIND will dictate your mood and it will affect your behavior as well as those you engage with. State of mind, from the time we wake up until the time we hit the pillows plays a significant role in what each day looks like.

We all have ‘stuff’ on our plate – some good some bad and we all have many plates.

With some exception, we can manage things by using good common sense. Keeping things spinning with a positive state of mind can and should help us get through the day with a better outcome.

Fear and change can be two of the biggest pilots driving state of mind. How you decide to manage that will either increase or decrease your STRESS level. Keep your thoughts clear, precise, and POSITIVE. Learn from yesterday and focus on today and tomorrow.

Your state of mind is your personal and professional POSTURE.

You can consider your state of affairs, the state of disrepair, the state of emergency, state of grace, state of shock, but the best state is your STATE OF MIND.
