We all experience the highs and the lows of life. No way to avoid that as part of what we do, how we do it, who we engage with, and our day-2-day experiences. Some will jack us up with enough motivation to get us to that finish line. And then there are those ‘things’ that just hit the wrong button and put our head in a bad place. Hi and Lo, up and down, back/front, short end of the stick and so on. The little things are equally important as the really BIG things. Impact is there and if we don’t grab the situation and manage it, we are toast. See what’s in front of you, stare it down, process and make your move. Learn how to take control. Good or bad, we are the admin, the supervisors of our unexpected. It’s good to anticipate, but we all know, it doesn’t always work out as planned and that’s when we must STOP, make necessary considerations and push things from Lo to Hi, from bad to good, from the back of the line to the very front. Not always easy, but if we don’t take control, we cannot find success. Leadership isn’t for everyone. However, we should consider how that applies to us. Be your LEADER. Be your AUTHORITY. Be your DIRECTOR. Be your BOSS. Take charge and make it work……whatever ‘it’ is.
